About Us
Why Choose Peak Physiotherapy?
Experienced Physiotherapist
Over 10 years of sports physiotherapy experience being trusted by athletes, professionals and the local community. We specialise in sports injuries, back pain, neck pain, rotator cuff injuries, foot and ankle conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, vertigo management, and strength-based rehabilitation. We take the uncertainty out of injuries and help you recover with confidence.
Home Physiotherapy Without Compromise
Bringing expert care directly to your home on the Northern Beaches. Our mobile physiotherapy service provides the same thorough assessment, personalised treatment, and evidence-based rehabilitation you would expect in a clinic setting.
Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing an injury, experiencing reduced mobility, or unable to attend a clinic, we make accessing high-quality physiotherapy convenient without compromising on the standard of care.
Personalised Care
Unlike many physiotherapy clinics, we provide dedicated 45-minute one-on-one appointments, not just for initial appointments but for every follow up appointment too. This allows time to complete a thorough assessment, explain your diagnosis and give you a clear recovery plan.
Referral for Xrays, Ultrasound and MRI
Most injuries can be diagnosed through a comprehensive clinical assessment, but when further investigation is appropriate, we can refer you for diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, ultrasound, or MRI scans. We only recommend imaging when it will influence your diagnosis or treatment plan, ensuring you receive the right care without unnecessary tests.
